Happy New Year!


This is the most popular time of the year that people plan to make changes to their health. In fact, Forbes reports that Improved fitness (48% of people) and losing weight (34% of people) are two of the most popular goals for New Year’s resolutions!


But we all know how easy it is to make resolutions and how hard it can be to carry them out  that’s why the gym starts out full and a few weeks later it’s back to normal.


So what makes my healthy lifestyle program and 1-on-1 coaching different? How have I been able to lose 40 pounds, keep it off, and improve my health over the last 3 years?

It all comes down to healthy habits. I have learned the healthy habits of our program and that is what I am ridiculously passionate about. Because at the end of the day, it’s our HABITS that make us.


It’s not just about going all in one thing- like drinking tons of water, or staying on top of your nutrition. It’s making a HABIT out of each health component.


Is it easy? No. Is it worth it? ABSOLUTELY.
