I work with my weight loss clients to develop a custom-designed nutrition plan based on (1) their food preferences, sensitivities, and allergies, (2) their medical conditions, and (3) their current and future desired exercise routine or exercise limitations. This custom-designed plan is aimed at a safe weight loss rate of an average between 0.5 - 2.0 lbs per week while minimizing muscle loss. Exercise such as walking is encouraged, but not absolutely necessary. In addition, it's important to work on their mindset so I offer healthy habits education and coaching. I offer weekly health coaching to follow-up on their health goals, track progress, and provide the accountability and support needed for success. In addition, I also offer 24/7 text support in-between sessions.
