Cozy Up With This Delicious CrockPot White Bean Turkey Chili Recipe

Do you have leftover turkey from Thanksgiving? If you do, try my healthy Crockpot White Bean Turkey Chili recipe.


INGREDIENTS:

* 1 pound dry navy beans

* 5 cups chicken stock

* 1 tbsp minced garlic

* 3/4 cup diced onion

* 16 oz cut up leftover turkey or you could use chicken

* 1 tbsp ground cumin

* 1 tbsp dried oregano

* 2 tsp ground black pepper

* 1/2 tsp white pepper

* pinch red pepper flakes

* 1 tbsp herbs from Provence


DIRECTIONS:

1. Rinse and sort beans. Combine 8 cups water and 1 lb beans. Bring to a vigorous boil; boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat, and let stand 2 hours.

2. Combine all ingredients in crock pot.

3. Cook on high 3 hours.

4. Cook on low 8 or more hours until

consistency is to your desired thickness.
