Health Coaching
Service Overview
Health Coaching is designed for individuals who want structured, sustainable improvement in their health habits, nutrition, and lifestyle—without quick fixes or one-off advice.
This offering operates under an onboarding-first model, which ensures every client begins with a personalized foundation before moving into ongoing coaching support. The goal is clarity, alignment, and realistic progress tailored to your goals, preferences, and constraints.
Health coaching is distinct from career and life coaching and is intentionally not positioned as an advisory engagement.
Coaching emphasizes behavior change strategies, habit formation, and realistic implementation—not perfection, rigid compliance, or short-term fixes.
Who This Is For
Health Coaching is a strong fit if you:
Want to improve nutrition, habits, and overall health in a sustainable way
Are pursuing weight loss or weight management, including maintaining results over time
Are using or have used GLP-1 medications and want a sustainable plan for long-term success
Are seeking anti-inflammatory nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support joint health, digestion, energy, or chronic conditions
Are working to improve metabolic health, including managing or reducing risk factors associated with metabolic syndrome or type 2 diabetes
Value structure, accountability, and personalization
Desire a custom nutrition plan aligned with your health goals, medical conditions, food preferences and sensitivities, exercise routine, and lifestyle
Prefer a clear plan rather than generic advice
Are open to making incremental, realistic changes
Clients often seek health coaching for weight management, anti-inflammatory support, metabolic health improvement, improved energy, habit consistency, or long-term wellness goals. Progress is measured in weeks and months, not days, reflecting sustainable change rather than short-term outcomes.

Who This Is Not For
Health Coaching is not the right fit if you:
Are seeking medical diagnosis or treatment
Want a one-time plan without follow-up
Prefer extreme, restrictive, or rapid-change approaches
Are unwilling to engage in reflection and accountability
Health coaching supports behavior change and habit formation, not clinical care.
Health Coaching Onboarding Package (Required Entry Point)
All health coaching clients begin with the Health Coaching Onboarding Package, which establishes the foundation for effective, personalized coaching.
What the Onboarding Package Includes
Intake and assessment of goals, preferences, medical considerations, and constraints
Review of current habits, routines, medications (as relevant), and challenges
Custom nutrition and habit plan aligned with:
Health goals and priorities
Medical conditions and risk factors
Food preferences and sensitivities
Exercise routine and activity level
Lifestyle, schedule, and sustainability
Four (4) 30-minute health coaching sessions
Early refinement and adjustment of the plan based on real-world experience
For clients interested and receptive, nutrition guidance may be informed by evidence-based principles from the American College of Lifestyle Medicine (ACLM). These approaches are often plant-predominant and whole-food focused, while remaining flexible and personalized. For many clients, this includes a foundation of plant-forward eating combined with lean protein sources such as fish or poultry, based on individual health needs, preferences, and sustainability.
There is no single nutrition approach that works for everyone; plans are individualized and adjusted over time based on response, preferences, lifestyle constraints, and sustainability. For clients transitioning off weight-loss medications, coaching focuses on preserving metabolic health, muscle mass, and long-term habit sustainability.
Post-Onboarding Health Coaching Sessions
After completing the onboarding package, clients may book Post-Onboarding Health Coaching Sessions as needed.
